I
watched you on TRL. You had fans lined up in Times
Square holding posters with your name on it. What
did that feel like?
Fefe:
It was incredible! The day before, I was at Virgin
Record Store and 20 fans asked me for my autograph.
It's awesome! I am thankful everyday!
Is
everything moving fast for you? It seems like one
day I heard your name and the next you were everywhere!
Fefe:
I'm watching TRL right now. I've been traveling
a lot. When I saw I was # 10, I was like WOW!
Tell
me about the first time you heard your song on the
radio.
Fefe:
It was at a car rental. I was with some representatives
and it came on and we started freaking out. I said
to turn it up real loud!
Greatest
experience so far?
Fefe:
TRL and seeing America being interested in lil Canadian
me.
You
are sharing the TRL countdown with some of the biggest
names in the industry. Did you ever think you'd
get there? What's been your biggest struggle?
Fefe:
My biggest struggle is that I am a hopeless romantic
and always falling in love. I try to stay focused
and not fall off the deep end.
Fave
Judy Garland Song?
Fefe:
The song she sang with Micky Rooney-'Good Morning'
If
you weren't singing right now, what would you be
doing?
Fefe:
I would love to get in to film.
When
people hear the name FeFe Dobson, what do you want
them to think?
Fefe:
A good artist, good person, and good performer.
If
you could share the stage with anyone, who would
it be?
Fefe:
I would love to collaborate with Paul McCartney
and David Bowie
Are
there any words you live by?
Fefe:
When I think something is cool, I say 'that's cool
and the gang'.
I also say 'spank you' instead of 'thank you'.
What's
this talk of you talking to David from Simple Plan?
Are you guys dating or am I starting rumors?
Fefe:
No. We are only friends. I met him at the Radio
Music Awards. He emailed me and we talked like 2
times on the phone.
What
is your greatest quality?
Fefe:
I make jokes!
Ever
think of doing a Michael Jackson remake? I can see
you singing 'Gotta Be Startin Something'[Put a thanks
next to my name on your next album] hehe.
Fefe:
Probably not. His songs are too new.
In
2 years from now, where would you like to be?
Fefe:
Working on an album and knowing people are enjoying
my music.
How
are things looking for you in the near future? Besides
your album hitting stores in December, do you have
other big things headed your way?
Fefe:
Probably TV. There are some talks going on right
now.
A
lot of musicians turn actors in this day. I know
you've acted in the past. Would you ever consider
taking a movie role if offered to you?
Fefe:
Yes, I definitely want to do film.
Message
to fans.
Fefe:
Always smile! If you feel you can't smile, pop in
my CD and smile.
